================================================================================ KNOWLEDGE BASE EXPORT ================================================================================ ================================================================================ SECTION: Start Here ================================================================================ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ARTICLE: Start Here -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Welcome to the Climbo documentation. This article explains how these guides are organized, so you know where to look before you start. --- Two Knowledge Bases, One Site --- Climbo's documentation covers both sides of the platform in a single site. **Agency Mode** You're currently reading the **Agency Mode** documentation. This is the guide for you, the agency: it covers everything about running your software business on Climbo — white-labeling the platform under your own brand, setting up your pricing plans, onboarding and managing your clients, tracking sales and payouts, and configuring your finance and general settings. **Client Mode** The other set of guides covers **Client Mode** — the reputation management platform your clients log into and use every day, under your brand. Their navigation is built around **Home**, **Reputation** (reviews, review requests, AI sentiment), **Visibility** (Maps and AI ranking, Google Business Profile), **Engagement** (social and content publishing), a **Chat** area and their own **Settings**. Those guides are written for your clients, not for you. --- Switching Between Agency Mode and Client Mode --- **The Mode Switcher** Use the dropdown in the top-right corner of the page to switch between the two — select **Client Mode** to browse those guides, or **Agency Mode** to come back to this one. --- Ask AI --- **Ask AI** The **Ask AI** button in the bottom-right corner opens a chat assistant trained on both knowledge bases, Agency Mode and Client Mode alike. Ask it a question in your own words and it will pull the answer from whichever guide is relevant, regardless of which one you're currently browsing. --- Still Need Help? --- **Support** Inside the platform, the help icon in the top-right corner opens these guides in a new tab. It's shown to the agency Owner; an Admin, a Staff member or an affiliate doesn't see it. If you can't find the answer here, or by chatting with the AI assistant, you can open a private ticket with our support team [here](https://forms.helpdesk.com/?licenseID=1079180026&contactFormID=9bba9489-c367-4fc7-86d6-94cea2bb0f8b). ================================================================================ SECTION: White-Label The Platform ================================================================================ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ARTICLE: Customise Software -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The first step in launching your software business is customizing the platform with your own brand. Everything on this page changes what your clients see when they log in. --- Where to Find It --- **Brand, Then the Software Tab** Open **Brand** from the main navigation, then select **Software** in the left sidebar. **Brand** is open to an Owner and to an Admin — Staff members don't see the entry at all. See the Team Members article for what each role can reach. The same left sidebar also holds **Domain** and **SMTP**. Those two stay grayed out until you finish the initial onboarding, with the tooltip "Complete the onboarding process to unlock this feature". **How the Page Is Laid Out** On the left you'll find all the settings for customizing the platform's appearance. On the right, a live preview shows exactly how the platform will look with your current settings, updating as you make changes — before you save anything. Two tabs above the preview switch what it shows: **Software** (the platform itself) and **Log In** (the login page). The address bar in the preview shows the domain your clients will use, with a pencil icon — **Edit your domain** — that takes you straight to the **Domain** section. On a phone or tablet the preview panel and the Domain and SMTP sections are hidden. You get the settings form plus a **Preview** button. --- Brand Basics --- **Brand Name** The name that appears in the browser tab when clients use the platform. It must be between 3 and 60 characters. Your brand name also sets your free Climbo subdomain. When you change it, the name is converted into a subdomain (lowercase, with spaces turned into hyphens) and reserved for you, so it has to be available. If another agency already uses it, you'll see "This brand name is already in use. Please choose a different brand name" and the change won't be saved. **Favicon** The small icon shown in the browser tab, next to the brand name. Use a square image, at least 128x128 pixels, no larger than 512KB, in JPG or PNG format. The file picker also accepts ICO. **Logo** Your logo as it appears inside the platform itself. It must be at least 128x128 pixels, no larger than 512KB, and in JPG or PNG format. --- Powered By Logo and URL --- **Powered By Logo** The **Powered By** logo appears underneath the review links, widgets, opt-in links and kiosk mode screens shown to your clients' customers. Upload a PNG, JPG or JPEG of at least 128x128 pixels and no more than 512KB. **Powered By URL** Set the **Powered By URL** to control where visitors land if they click on the logo — it opens in a new tab. This is a simple way to promote your agency directly from your clients' websites. It has to be a full, valid URL. Both fields only appear once you've completed onboarding. --- Visual Style --- **Color, Font and Radius** **Color** opens a color picker with a hex field, so you can paste your exact brand color. **Font** is a dropdown of preset fonts, each one previewed in its own typeface. **Radius** is a slider from 0 to 20 that controls how rounded buttons and interface elements appear, with a live sample box next to it. --- Rebranding the AI --- **Rebrand AI** Open the **Rebrand AI** card to rename the AI features clients see throughout the platform. - **AI Name** — up to 16 characters. It replaces the name of the AI section in your clients' navigation. - **SEO Agent**, **Social Agent** and **GEO Agent** — each one takes its own logo and its own name (up to 16 characters). Whatever you type replaces the default agent name everywhere your clients see it. Agent logos must be PNG, at least 128x128 pixels, and no more than 512KB. - **Chat header message** — up to 50 characters. It replaces the heading shown at the top of the AI chat. Leave a name empty and the platform falls back to its default name for that agent. --- Free Trial Banner --- **Free Trial Banner** Enable the **Free Trial Banner** to show a top bar to clients who are currently on a free trial. Use it to display a message with a link — for example, pointing to a sales page that explains your paid plans. When the toggle is on, all three fields are required: - **Banner text** — maximum 40 characters. - **Banner Button Text** — maximum 12 characters. - **Banner URL** — the full destination URL people are sent to when they click. --- Active Clients Banner --- **A Second Banner, for the Clients Who Already Pay** Underneath the trial banner you'll find **Active Clients Banner**, which works exactly the same way but targets your active clients: "This banner is shown to your active clients. Use it to announce news, updates or new platform features." Switch on **Enable** and fill in the same three fields — **Banner text** (maximum 40 characters), **Banner Button Text** (maximum 12 characters) and **Banner URL**. **Only One Banner Ever Shows** The two banners never appear together, because a client is either trialing or active, never both. Whichever one matches the client's subscription status is the bar they see at the top of their platform, so you can leave a permanent sales message on the trial banner and keep this one for announcements. --- Custom Code --- **Custom Code** Use **Custom Code** to add your own scripts, such as a web chat widget or a tracking pixel. The field only accepts complete HTML — whole elements, HTML comments or full `
