History

The History page is the record of what the platform has actually done for the location you're viewing — handy for checking that a customer got your request, or seeing where your AI tokens went. It has two tabs: Messages, for every review request sent to a customer, and an AI tab for every AI action taken for you.

The Messages Tab

What Gets Recorded

Every review invitation sent from this location appears here, whatever triggered it. Each entry is one message to one contact.

What Each Entry Shows

A card shows the date and time the message was sent, the contact's name (or "Unknown" if you never supplied one), the contact method used — the email address or phone number — the channel it went out on, and a category badge.

The Categories

There are four: Quick Request, Campaign, Private Feedback and Reminder. Campaign only appears if campaigns are part of your plan.

Opening the Details

Delivery status is not on the card. Click View details to open Messages Status, which shows the current Status, Scheduled At when the message was queued for later, the message Details, a Reason, and the Message Content that was actually sent.

The Delivery Statuses

A message can be Accepted, Rejected, Processing, Scheduled, Sent, Sending Failed, Delivered, Delivery Failed, Deleted, Skipped or Unknown. Green means it got through (accepted, sent, delivered), amber means it is still on its way (processing, scheduled), red means it did not make it (rejected, sending failed, delivery failed, deleted).

When a Message Fails

A failed message shows a Failure block with a failure code and description plus the details reported by the phone or email network that carried it. That is usually enough to tell a bad phone number or a bounced address apart from a temporary problem — a good reason to keep your contact list clean. When a value is not available you see "Information not available" instead.

When the Details Cannot Be Shown

If an SMS went out through your own Twilio account, its status is read back from Twilio when you open the details. Disconnect that Twilio account later and the details of those older messages are no longer reachable: pressing View details then tells you "Message details are not available because the Twilio account used to send it is no longer connected." instead of opening the panel. The entry itself stays in the list.

Filtering the Messages Tab

The Filters Panel

The filters are not inline on the page. Click the Filters button in the top right to open a side panel titled Filters ("Refine your history using the filters below.").

What You Can Filter By

  • Search by contact name
  • Search by contact method — an email address or a phone number
  • Filter by category — All, Quick Request, Reminder, Private Feedback, and Campaign when your plan includes it
  • Filter by channel — All, Email, and SMS or WhatsApp when those channels are available for this location
  • Filter by date — a Start Date and an End Date; the end date stays locked until you pick a start date, and future dates cannot be selected

Applying and Clearing

Click Save to apply the filters and close the panel, or Clear to drop them all and go back to the full list. Combining filters is the point: it is how you pull up, say, every SMS Quick Request sent to one customer last month.

The AI Tab

What It Records

The second tab is named after your AI assistant and lists every action your AI agents took for this location — sentiment analysis, review and feedback replies, review suggestions, social captions, blog strategy, articles, covers, chat messages and more.

What Each Entry Shows

Each card shows the name of the action, a one-line description of what it does, the date and time, and a pill reading AI tokens with the number consumed. Hover the tooltip and it explains that "Total tokens represent the overall AI processing for this action." When a count is not available you see a dash.

The Categories You Can Filter By

AI Sentiment Analysis, AI Ranking, AI Review Reply, AI Feedback Reply, AI Review Suggestion, AI Social Caption, AI Blog Strategy, AI Blog Article, AI Blog Caption, AI Blog Cover, AI Chat Message, AI Chat Title and AI Context Completion. "AI Review Reply" appears twice in the list because it covers both replies you asked for and replies the SEO Agent produced on its own. AI Ranking entries also name the AI assistant that was analyzed.

Filtering AI Activity

The same Filters button opens the AI filters: a category dropdown with an All option, plus the same Start Date and End Date range. There is no filter on token usage.

Working With the Page

Refreshing

The refresh icon next to the page title reloads whichever tab you are on. Both lists load more entries as you scroll, so there are no page numbers.

It Is Per Location

History is specific to the location you are viewing. Switch location and you see that location's history, not a combined view.

Tracking Your Usage From Here

The Limits page points you here for the detail behind your monthly usage, including AI tokens. If you want to know where a channel's allowance went, this is where you look.

How Far Back It Goes

There's no cut-off date and nothing is ever cleared out, so the history goes back as far as your account does. There is no export or download: you read it in the interface.
