Sentiment Analysis

Sentiment Analysis reads the text of your reviews and turns it into a short report: what customers are saying, what you are doing well, what needs attention and what to do about it. You find it under Reputation as AI Sentiment, if your plan includes it.

What the Report Contains

Feedback Summary

The first card is a written overview of what your customers have been saying lately. It is a summary in plain language, not a score, and it is the quickest way to read the mood of your recent feedback.

What's Going Well

A numbered list of the positive themes that keep coming up — the things customers praise repeatedly. Each item has a short title and an explanation. These are the strengths worth leaning on in how you present your business.

Areas to Improve

The same treatment for the problems. This list can legitimately be empty if nothing negative recurs; in that case you will see "No negative patterns were identified — keep maintaining this strong level of service."

Action Plan

A list of concrete steps ordered by urgency. Each one carries a priority badge — High priority, Medium priority or Low priority — and a timeframe: Short term, Medium term or Long term. This is the part to work through if you only have time for one thing.

When It Was Built

At the bottom a line reads "Last updated on:" followed by the date of the last analysis, so you always know how current the report is.

What It Is Based On

Public Reviews Only

The analysis reads your public reviews — the ratings and the written text from the review sites you have connected. Private messages sent through the contact option on your review link are not part of it, so a problem someone only ever raised privately will not show up here.

The Most Recent Reviews

It works from your 200 most recent reviews rather than your entire history. That keeps the report about your business as it is now, instead of averaging in feedback from years ago.

The Language of the Report

The report is written in the language set for your location's notifications, so you read it in your own language whatever language your customers wrote in.

How Often It Updates

Monthly Refresh

The report is rebuilt once a month. Between refreshes the page keeps showing the last version, which is why the "Last updated on" date matters.

After You Connect a Platform

Connecting or disconnecting a review site also triggers a fresh analysis a few minutes later, so newly imported reviews are taken into account without waiting for the next monthly run.

No Manual Regeneration

There is no button to force a new analysis. If the report looks out of date, check the "Last updated on" date and contact your support team if it has not moved for more than a month.

Before Your First Report

You Need Reviews First

The analysis needs at least one review to work with, and it only becomes genuinely useful once you have a reasonable number. Until then the page shows placeholders such as "No customer feedback has been collected yet." and "No specific highlights identified yet."

If Your Review Sites Are Not Connected

With no review site connected there is nothing to read, so the page stays empty. Connect your platforms first, let your reviews import, and the report will be generated for you.

Getting It by Email

Monthly Sentiment Analysis

Under Settings > Notifications there is a Monthly Sentiment Analysis option — "Receive a monthly analysis of your reviews: overall sentiment, what your customers appreciate, what needs attention, and what to do next." Turn it on and the monthly analysis reaches you instead of waiting for you to open the page.
