Every affiliate gets their own view of your platform, where they track commissions, see the clients credited to them, find the plans they're selling, and manage their own account.
What an Affiliate Can Open
Their Menu
The top menu shows three entries: Sales — their rewards page, and the first thing they land on — plus Clients and Plans. Settings is available too, but with only one page inside it: their own Account.
What Stays Hidden
Affiliates never see your platform design, your team, or any of the finance and payout sections. This isn't just hidden menu entries: access is enforced by the platform, so a client or plan you haven't assigned to them simply doesn't exist for them.
Sales
Amount Due and Commission Rule
The page opens with "Hello [name] 👋". At the top left sits Amount due — the commission you still owe them — and at the top right their Commission rule: the percentage, with One-time or Recurring underneath.
The Three All-Time Figures
Below that, three cards, each marked All-time:
- Revenue generated — the revenue their credited clients have paid you.
- Total commission — everything they've earned since they joined.
- Already paid — how much of it you've already marked as paid.
Active Coupon Codes
At the bottom, Active coupon codes lists each of their codes with its discount and duration — shown as "Discount 10% • Once", for instance — and a Copy code button, so they can hand the code to a prospect in one click.
Clients
How a Client Gets There
Clients shows only the businesses credited to this affiliate. A business is added the moment a payment of theirs succeeds carrying the affiliate's coupon — not when they sign up. A business that applies the coupon at checkout but hasn't paid yet won't appear; one that signed up without the coupon but later pays with it is credited from that payment onward.
Assigning or Unassigning Clients Yourself
You can also control the list by hand: click Edit on the affiliate's card in your Affiliate section and use Assigned clients to add or remove businesses. Adding a client this way matters most for recurring affiliates, whose future payments from that client then count as commission. Be aware that removing a client here also stops that business from being credited to that affiliate automatically in the future, so don't use it as a temporary cleanup.
Plans
Payment Links
Plans shows the paid plans you made visible to this affiliate, with each plan's details and its payment link — the link they send to local businesses to get them signed up.
Their Own Account
Access
In Settings > Account, the Access tab lets an affiliate update their Full Name, Email and password. They don't get the Billing, Stripe or Legal tabs your own team sees.
Payout
The Payout tab holds their payout details — their PayPal email, IBAN or equivalent — and it's labeled with the payout method you assigned them. They can change the details, but not the method itself; that's yours to set. Whatever they save here is what you'll see in the payout dialog on their card.
Commission Notifications
The Commission Earned Email
Each time a commission is recorded, the affiliate is emailed: "You earned a new commission from [your brand]", with the amount and a link into their dashboard. This template starts switched off: turn it on in Settings > Emails if you want affiliates to receive it (see the Platform Emails article).
