Billing & Invoices

Settings > Account > Billing is where you enter the billing details that appear on the invoices Climbo issues to you, and where you reach your own billing portal. This page is about what your agency pays Climbo — not about what your clients pay you.

Your Billing Information

Why It Matters

Climbo puts these details on your invoices, so they need to be correct and complete. They're also required to top up your Agency Balance: without valid billing information and a valid address, the top-up is blocked and you're sent back to this page.

Profile Type

Start by choosing the Profile Type: Business or Individual. For a Business, the Legal Business Name is required; for an Individual, First Name and Last Name are. Tax ID is optional.

Address

Fill in Address Line, City, State-Province, Postal Code and Country. Click Save to store everything, or Clear to discard your changes.

Italian Electronic Invoicing

If you set Country to Italy and your Profile Type is Business, three extra fields appear for electronic invoicing: Send with (PEC or Code), PEC and SDI Code.

Opening Your Billing Portal

The Button

The Billing & Invoices button at the bottom of the page opens your Stripe billing portal in a new tab, where you can view and download every invoice you've paid Climbo — your agency subscription and your Agency Balance top-ups alike.

Signing In to the Portal

The portal is hosted by Stripe and has its own sign-in step: enter the email you used to purchase the platform and top up your Agency Balance, and Stripe emails you a one-time link to open it. The link comes from Stripe, not Climbo, so check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

What You Won't Find Here

Your Clients' Invoices

The invoices your clients receive from you are a separate matter: they're issued through your connected Stripe account, and each client downloads them from their own billing portal (see the Client Billing article). Nothing on this page affects them.
