Plan Features

Every plan, free or paid, decides exactly which integrations and features its clients get. You set them in the Integrations & Features tab of the plan editor, and you can change them at any time.

Choosing a Feature Strategy

One Plan or a Tier Structure

You could offer a single plan with every feature enabled and sell only that. What we recommend instead is a small tier structure — for example Bronze, Silver and Gold — with Bronze covering the basics, Silver adding more, and Gold unlocking everything. Features are also your main cost lever: a feature that's switched off can't send paid messages or consume AI tokens on that plan. The Agency Balance article walks through a full Bronze/Silver/Gold example with costs and prices.

The Editor's Tabs

The plan editor has four tabs: Details (the plan's Name, 3 to 128 characters, and Color), Integrations & Features, Limits, and — for paid plans only — Price.

Integrations

Review Sites

The review platforms your clients can connect and collect reviews from. Google is always on and can't be disabled ("Google must stay active to ensure full functionality"). Click any other icon to turn it on or off: Yelp, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot, Airbnb, Booking, Facebook, Zillow, BBB, Agoda, Indeed, Glassdoor, Consumer Affairs, Expedia, Capterra, OpenTable, RateMDs, Angi, App Store, Google Play and Cars.com. A site switched off simply doesn't appear among the integrations of clients on that plan.

Text Channels

The channels your clients use to send review requests. Email is always on ("Email must stay active to ensure message delivery"); SMS and WhatsApp can each be turned on or off. Emails cost you nothing, while SMS and WhatsApp are paid from your Agency Balance — see the Agency Balance article. The exception is a client who has connected their own Twilio account on a plan that allows it: those SMS are billed to the client by Twilio and never touch your balance.

Social Media

The social accounts your clients can connect, used to publish their reviews as social content: Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, each toggled by clicking its icon.

SaaS Features

The Core Platform Features

Each feature is a checkbox with an info icon — hover it for a one-line description:

  • Review Requests — send review requests across the connected channels.
  • Request Reminders — automatically follow up with customers who haven't clicked on the original request yet.
  • Own SMTP server — lets clients on this plan connect their own SMTP server, so review request emails are sent from their address instead of yours. Turn it off and those emails go back to your agency SMTP.
  • Own Twilio number — lets clients on this plan connect their own Twilio account, so review request SMS are sent from their number and billed by Twilio: these SMS don't use your SMS balance or the client's SMS credits. Turn it off and the SMS go back to the default channel.
  • Employees System — track staff mentions in reviews and rank team performance on a leaderboard.
  • Review Link Filter — a neutral feedback flow on the review link, with public review and private contact options.
  • Video Testimonial — collect and manage video testimonials from the review link.
  • Review Suggestions — let customers generate a review draft from guided criteria.
  • Profile Management — manage the Google Business Profile without logging into Google separately.
  • Website Builder — auto-generate a website from the Google Business Profile, kept in sync with it.
  • Review Widgets — display reviews on a website with customizable widget layouts.
  • Google Performance — 30-day Google profile metrics such as website clicks, direction requests, calls and keyword visibility.
  • Social Sharing — turn positive reviews into social proof content.

The Two Own-Channel Options

Own SMTP server and Own Twilio number are the only features here that hand a piece of the sending setup to the client. Both start switched off on a new plan, free or paid, and both appear in the same place on every plan editor. With one switched off, the client simply doesn't see the button to connect that channel for their locations: nothing to explain, nothing to undo.

They're a good fit for your top tier, or for clients who insist on sending from their own address or who already pay Twilio. Keep them off on your entry plans if you'd rather every message leave through your own setup.

AI Features

Agents and AI Tools

These features consume AI tokens, so they're the ones that drive your AI costs:

  • SEO Agent — automatically replies to Google reviews with keyword-aware responses.
  • Social Agent — auto-publishes positive reviews to social channels.
  • GEO Agent — turns reviews into SEO-optimized website articles and publishes them.
  • AI Sentiment — analyzes review sentiment trends over time.
  • AI Ranking — monitors local ranking signals and competitor positions.
  • AI Chat — the AI chat, with its outputs tracked in the client's AI history.

Extra Features

Branding, Billing and Automations

  • Disable Branding — allows clients to hide the "Powered by" label from their review links and widgets.
  • Billing Section — shows the Billing section to clients on this plan. Switch it off and those clients have no Billing page in their settings.
  • Automation Features — enables API and Zapier automation features for clients on this plan.
  • Hide Plan — free plans only: hides the plan from the Billing section, so clients can't see or select it there. It's covered in the Free Plans article.

For paid plans, visibility is set with Disable from billing portal in the Price tab instead — see the Paid Plans article.

Custom Links

Links in Your Clients' Sidebar

The Custom Links section adds up to three links to the sidebar of the platform your clients use, only for clients on this plan. Click Add custom link, then fill in the Button text (up to 30 characters) and the Link, a full URL starting with http:// or https://. Links open as external pages. Use them, for example, to point clients to other services your agency sells.

Changing Features Later

Edits Reach Existing Clients

When you save changes to a plan's integrations or features, clients already on that plan get the update in their accounts automatically — you don't have to move anyone. Be careful when removing things: clients lose access to whatever you switch off. Frequent changes can also confuse clients, so keep plans stable and edit them only when you need to.
