Affiliate Program

Invite Affiliates

There are two ways to bring affiliates into your program: adding them yourself from Settings > Affiliate, or letting them sign themselves up through an embeddable widget.

Adding an Affiliate Manually

The New Affiliate Panel

On the Affiliates tab, click the New Affiliate card — "Create a new affiliate to join your network" — to open the New affiliate panel. Fill in Full name and Email. The email is the affiliate's login and where their invite is sent, and it can't be changed afterward, so get it right the first time. If that email already belongs to someone in your agency, you'll be asked to remove them from the agency first.

Reward and Payout

Next choose the Reward type (One-time or Recurring) and the Reward Percentage — any whole percentage from 1 to 100. Then set the Payout method (PayPal, Wise, IBAN or US Account Number) and type the matching Payout details, plus the Currency their commissions are tracked in.

Coupons and Visible Plans

Under Select coupons you assign up to three of your existing coupons to this affiliate — the codes they'll hand out to local businesses. Under Select visible plans you choose which of your paid plans they can see. Both are required: if either is missing, you'll see "Please provide a coupon code for this affiliate" or "Please select at least one plan for the affiliate to promote". Click Save and you'll see "Affiliate created successfully".

Affiliates Are Not Team Members

An affiliate is created as a user with the Sales role, and that role only exists through this section. You can't add or edit one from Settings > Team, and they aren't listed there either — Settings > Affiliate is the only place they're managed.

Choosing Which Plans an Affiliate Can See

What the Restriction Does

In their dashboard, affiliates see a Plans section containing only the plans you made visible, each with its payment link, which they share with the businesses they're pitching. You might hide certain plans — for example, showing only your annual plans so affiliates focus on selling those — or leave every plan visible and let the affiliate judge which one fits each prospect.

Only Plans With Coupon Support

The picker lists only paid plans that have Allow coupons enabled; if none of your plans qualify you'll see "No plans with coupon support were found. Create or edit a plan and enable coupon support to allow affiliates to promote it." Every plan you pick must also have a price in the affiliate's currency.

Automatic Sign-Up via Widget

Where to Configure It

The second way to add affiliates is a widget people can sign up from directly, with no manual step from you. Open the Widget tab in Settings > Affiliate ("Embed this widget to automatically invite affiliates and generate their personal coupon."). You'd typically place it on a dedicated page of your website, such as an "Affiliate Program" page that explains the program and invites people to join.

One Reward Setup for Everyone

The widget applies a single configuration to everyone who joins through it: Reward percentage, Reward type, the Payout method they'll be asked to provide details for, and Select visible plans. For example, 10% recurring for all of them, with a PayPal email collected from each new affiliate.

The Coupon Generated for Each Sign-Up

Set Coupon discount value (a percentage, from 1 to 100) and Select coupon duration (Once, "Applies the discount only to the first invoice or charge when the coupon is redeemed", or Forever, "Applies the discount to all future invoices or charges indefinitely after the coupon is redeemed"). As soon as someone signs up, a coupon is created just for them with those settings. Its code is built from their name in capital letters and digits, with a short random suffix if that code is already taken. Their commission currency is the default currency of your connected Stripe account, so Stripe must be connected for the widget to accept sign-ups.

Customizing the Widget

Editing the Form Labels

The public form asks for three things: name, email and, optionally, payment details. You can rewrite every label and placeholder — Name label, Name placeholder, Email label, Email placeholder, Payment details label, Payment details placeholder and Signup button label — which is useful for translating the form into your own language. For example, you could change "Payment details" to "Your PayPal email," with a placeholder like "Insert your PayPal email here." Left empty, the form falls back to "Name", "Email", "Payment details" and a Sign up button.

Thank You URL

There's also a Thank you URL field you can fill in with a page of your own. As it stands, a person who completes the form is taken straight into their new affiliate dashboard, already logged in.

Saving and Copying the Embed Code

The right-hand side shows a live Widget Preview of exactly what visitors will see, reflecting your settings. Click Save to store them — "Widget settings saved successfully" — then click Copy embed code and paste the snippet into your website.

The Affiliate's First Login

The Welcome Email

Whether an affiliate was added manually or joined through the widget, they get the same welcome email: "You've been invited to join [your brand] as a sales partner", with a link into their dashboard. That link is valid for 10 minutes. The email is one of the templates you can switch off in Settings > Emails, and it isn't sent at all if your platform has no working domain or subdomain yet — in either case, use Copy login link on the affiliate's card and send the link yourself.

Setting a Password

New affiliates are created without a password. The first time they open the platform they're taken to their account settings with the set-password dialog open, and they choose their own password there. If the link expires, they can request a password reset from the login page; the affiliate reset email is also valid for 10 minutes.

Where They Log In

From then on they log in on your white-labeled domain, at the same /admin address your own team uses.
